Methodology
Current allocation is the existing monthly gas card limit per the JAA agreement.
Proposed allocation is calculated from 12-month actual spend, adjusted with a performance-based buffer:
employees spending >85% of budget receive 10% buffer; those under 60% utilization receive 20% buffer and a tighter cap; standard employees receive 15%.
Route on file indicates whether a weekly route plan has been submitted — employees without a route on file should submit before the proposed allocation takes effect.
Annual projection assumes proposed allocations are adopted and enforced starting next month.
